Data we collect

When you use the contact form, ZEDEX receives your name, email, organisation, type of need, message, optional timeframe and budget, and the technical information strictly required to secure the form.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to understand and respond to your request and to secure the service. Processing is based on your consent and, where relevant, on pre-contractual steps you request.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to authorised ZEDEX personnel. The form uses Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection and Resend for email delivery. Applicable contractual settings and transfers must be reviewed before launch.

Retention

Contact requests are retained 3 ans après le dernier contact.. ZEDEX will not create a marketing database from this form at launch.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent and exercise other applicable rights by emailing contact@zedex.fr. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority; in France, this is the CNIL.
